No customer service and Device issue since I received it
I sent an email in regards to my Rök shortly after purchasing it. Haven't received any response from Buitrago Cigars. Rök came defective. Battery/Power issues. Device doesn't stay charged for said amount of time. Lasts only a couple of sessions and never gets hot enough. Tried returning, no response. Tried the device, defective. I just want to return it and get my money back at this point.
